How does the GRANTED platform work?
You set up a profile, create funding projects, receive AI-matched grant recommendations from over 1,200 grants, use AI tools to draft applications (for Paid Plan users), and track/manage all applications on a visual dashboard.

Register on grantedtech.ca, verify your email, then complete your organization or individual profile with detailed information for optimal AI matches.


What information should I include in my profile?
Provide detailed organizational or individual info, operating regions, industries, mission, impact, and beneficiaries. Use the voice record feature for descriptions if preferred.


How do I manage my account, security, and notifications?
From "Profile Settings," manage passwords, set up two-factor authentication (2FA), invite team members, upload key documents, and customize notifications.


Project Creation & Grant Matching


What is a "Project" in GRANTED?
A "Project" represents a specific funding need. Creating one enables the AI to provide personalized grant recommendations for each funding goal.


How does the AI Grant Matching system work?
The AI evaluates your profile and projects, providing match percentages, rationales, and confidence scores for each grant opportunity it recommends.


Application, Tracking, & Management


Can GRANTED help me draft applications?
Yes. For premium users, the AI Assistant drafts grant answers using your profile and project info, which you can review and edit as needed.


How do I track and manage grants and tasks?
Use the visual dashboard to manage applications, update statuses, assign tasks, add notes, set deadlines, and monitor progress across all team members.


Can I export or review my applications?
Yes. Finalized applications can be reviewed on the platform and exported as a PDF for submission or stakeholder review.


Can I make changes to my application before I submit it, without affecting the rest of my answers?
Yes. You can edit or update any section of your application before final submission—these changes will not impact your other saved details. This lets you refine responses as needed while keeping your overall work intact.


Data Security and Reliability


Is my data safe and private on GRANTED?
Yes. GRANTED uses industry-leading encryption and secure cloud infrastructure to protect your data in transit and at rest. Access is controlled by role-based permissions, and regular backups are performed to prevent data loss. The platform complies with privacy regulations and employs best practices in data handling and security.


What happens if I enter a lot of information—will it be saved?
GRANTED is designed with reliability in mind. Your details—including organization profiles, projects, and applications—are automatically saved and securely stored on the platform. In the rare event of a technical issue, you should refresh your browser or contact support to ensure your data is retained. It is always wise to save critical content externally for your own records.


Can I control who sees my organization’s sensitive information?
Yes. Only authorized team members can access your organization’s details, and you can easily manage permissions through your profile settings.

How can I get support?
Freemium plans have no support. Basic and Premium plans include email support, and Premium adds priority support and up to 3h/month personal consulting.
